Capturi is Scandinavia's leading conversational AI software. The idea for the platform was born in 2015, when we wanted to make it even easier for Danish contact centers to turn their call center data into measurable value. Since then, we have grown to a team of more than 40 employees, each contributing to creating even better experiences for customers across the world.
Annually, we analyze more than 30 million phone conversations and help more than 150 different brands create value through customer insights and improved conversation techniques. Whether we are consulting with customers, diving into data or geeking out on conversational AI, we continuously adapt our communication and development to the needs of our customers in the here and now.
